60 minutes
Yoga practices will include centering, breath work, traditional yoga postures and sequences, and a final rest. Yoga allows you to observe and quiet your mind as you move and breathe. Modifications will be offered for all levels. Beginners welcome!
45 minutes
Meditation practices will begin with an invitation to set intention for your moment, day, and life. We will explore mindfulness techniques to recognize and let go of things that are troubling you and find more peace in your life. The goal is to focus energy in a positive direction.
60 minutes
Sessions will include a simple breakdown of a few foundational hoop tricks that are combined into a hula hoop flow. Creativity, fun, and freedom are the goals with this class. Hooping will bring you more balance and help maintain a flow state in life.
All classes are held at a location of your choice near Parrish, Florida or on the beaches of Anna Maria Island.
